How many hours of sunshine in a day during November in England and Scotland?

We're planning on going to England, Wales and Scotland in November for about 3 weeks for a holiday. I am wondering roughly when the sun rises and sets? We are planning on going as far north as the isle of skye. Thanks.

I'm sorry to say that November is one of the murkiest months of the year with short days and little sunlight. Light from 7am to approximately 5pm. Change your trip to an earlier month such as September if you can.

You should get around 10 hours per day of daylight at that time of year....not necessarily sunshine though!

Skye will be cold at that time of year, and you will need to plan for storms if travelling by sea.
